 began studying psychology because I needed to understand my own mind. Since childhood, I have been very sensitive and sought to address the pain and harm inflicted on me, often without my awareness. As a child, I endured abuse, and as a teenager, I experienced the trauma of rape. I also struggled with bulimia.

It wasn’t until I met Dr. Neil Lampert that I truly began to see what I had been hiding from myself and my family. Dr. Lampert helped me uncover the secrets that had caused me so much harm. This transformative experience taught me that to understand the state of being a patient, I needed to become one myself. I realized that I had to heal myself to be able to heal others.

My journey has been one of profound self-discovery and healing, and it is my mission to help others find their path to recovery and empowerment.

Since 2008, Dr. Sayan has dedicated herself to designing and leading the Women Only Workshop (WOW) and the Honor, Integrity & Mastery (HIM) workshop, her masterpieces. Starting with her first workshop in 2008, she unknowingly sparked a movement that led to numerous WOW workshops worldwide. These workshops have empowered thousands of women globally, helping them find their voices, embrace their power, and embody the queen within. Dr. Sayan’s work didn’t stop there; it inspired her to create workshops for men, guiding them to discover their inner hero, shedding burdens, and embracing their manhood with comfort and pride. Additionally, she has designed and led youth educational seminars for children and teens aged 9-16 globally.

As an author, Dr. Sayan has penned two bestselling books, “Unfinished Business” and “Girl Talk – What Works with Men in Dating, Sex, and Marriage.” Her expertise extends beyond the written word as she is an internationally recognized radio and television personality. She hosts the popular TV and Radio talk show “Donyaye Eshgh” (Universe of Love) five times a week, reaching audiences on Chocolate TV, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
